The International Society for Organization Development and The Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry are pleased to present an Information Exchange focused on Creating Flourishing Organizations Through Trust and Collaboration.

Why are Trust and Collaboration so important in our world today and how can they be used to create flourishing organizations? In this year’s ISODC Information Exchange, we want to explore how we might create or strengthen trust and collaboration together to better create flourishing organizations. We want to continue transforming our organizations for the better, to this end, we look forward to sharing best practices and creating new ones together!

Inspirational questions we hope to explore:

•    What are the latest research & the best global practices around organizational flourishing?

•    What are the exciting advancements happening in the fields of trust and collaboration?

•    What are the stories of inspiration we have and lessons learned about how to create flourishing organizations?

•    What’s next? How can we evolve our own work and practices to further support organizational flourishing?

Elements: Paper presentations, workshops, lots of conversation.  Keynoter (to be determined), electronic participation for those unable to attend in person.  If you would like to submit a paper or workshop, please let us know by emailing kimjbarker@gmail.com.
