OD Journal: Organization Development & Change Management

The Organization Development Journal, or OD Journal, is a peer-reviewed journal that was first published in 1983 and has an international audience of scholars and practitioners. Article topics cover a range of issues in organizational development, change management, organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and any other OD-related issue that provides insights to experienced professionals. The OD Journal is published three times a year.

ISODC members receive a free subscription to an electronic copy of the Journal and can receive the hardcopy Journal for a shipping and handling fee. If you would like to be added to the printed Journal mailing list, please email info@isodc.org.

Shipping and Handling Fees:

  • Domestic members: $10 for each journal
  • International members: $15 for each journal

ISODC authors receive a complimentary hard copy of the Journal in which their article is published. Institutions interested in receiving hard copies of the OD Journal can email info@isodc.org for more information.
