The Organization Development Journal, or OD Journal, is a peer-reviewed journal that was first published in 1983 and has an international audience of scholars and practitioners. Article topics cover a range of issues in organizational development, change management, organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and any other OD-related issue that provides insights to experienced professionals. The OD Journal is published four times a year.
